The service manager Dan and the mechanic, also Dan, were absolute professionals. They by no means were obligated to take my car in but they did, knowing it was a headache. They took great care of my car and paid meticulous attention to detail as they tore down my motor and corresponded with the field engineer to make sure I got the warranty engine replacement I deserved. They didn't treat me like some other dealerships mess, which I was. They treated me like a valued customer, despite me never giving them a dollar of my business.
This is the best place to buy a vehicle. The staff is friendly and most important listen to what you say not what want to sell you. The service dept. is informative and friendly. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car and have recommended them to all my friends and colleagues .
Was to have a second key made for my vehicle, it took almost an entire day because my key deprogrammed and the new key couldn't take the new instructions. I was charged full price and they tried to keep my car overnight but did not even offer a rental vehicle they were just going to ride my husband home and drop him off.

In the future when my car needs repaired I'll drive 45 minutes to Starlake Ford, passing no less than 5 other Ford dealerships. Good dealerships are few and far between and these guys are the gold standard of service.
