I had court with Judge Havelka for a non traffic citation stemming from the meadows casino. A large man was steering into the women's bathroom, He was unaccompanied by a female guest, I made a complaint about the mans behavior and he got upset and I was charged with disorderly conduct engagingly fighting. I never even raised my voice. Richard dorazio the players club manager and Trooper trypus lied to protect the casino,They both have full time jobs supported by the casino.They were unhappy because I filed a Formal complaint. I acted on my conscience to protect the safety and well being of the casino guests including my mother who was in that bathroom. judge Havelka didn't care about the truth, I asked if we could review the casino video and judge havelka didnt say anything, I asked if my mother could testify judge havelka didn't allow it.I was denied my right to a fair trial.There was evidence to show the truth and Judge havelka wasn't interested in seeing it, He wasn't looking for the facts.He referred to the states witness as a victim(Richard Dorazio Meadows employee). He was just a witness.The PEEPINGTOM I filed a complaint about (the other guy involved,the one looking in to the women's bathroom, who was without a female guest)didn't show up.The law says the state must provide the burden of proof, they didn't have any proof, they didn't even show the video. Why would they need to make a strong case when the police know they have a judge that has no integrity, no ability to critically think.Judge Havelka is a dishonest incompetent moron and we deserve better. Trooper Trypus offered me a 25$ deal I had no interest in taking it, I acted on my conscience and Im proud of myself.Trooper Trypus (Meadows Gaming) ,Richard Dorazio (Players club manger) Incompetent and corrupt Judge Havelka should be ashamed of themselves and we deserve better for our 180,000$ dollar yearly salary we pay him. Havelka Doesn't deserve it and hes not worthy of the bench or the public trust. If I ever seen a man standing in the doorway of the women bathroom looking in and he was without a female guest I would do the same thing all over again and make sure I brought it up to the authority, and I'm proud of myself for that.The other people involved are cowards and sold they're conscience to the meadows casino ,I didn't! I DIDN'T! My Conscience isn't for sale! I have a new trial July 20th at 9:30 AM .Washington county courthouse. Yescalis vs state of PA. I'm not ashamed of myself I did nothing wrong, come down to the new trial and see for yourself.Take care Washington county, I got to go pay my 100$ fine to the dishonorable judge havelka.
